Modification of the <br /> Tax Increment <br /> City Manager Lotter reported Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola would be Financing Plan for TIF <br /> District 26. <br /> presenting this item to the City Council. <br /> Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola reviewed the proposed I'll-budget <br /> modification for TIF District 26 with the Council. He explained 1'Ir District 26 dates back to 1997 and <br /> reported this districts budget has been modified three other times. He stated modifications are to made to TIF <br /> Districts if higher or lower than anticipated numbers occur. He indicated the budget modification would not <br /> change the development in any way,but would amend the pooled bonds.
