Hoisington Koegler <br /> Group Inc.for services <br /> pertaining to SilverLake <br /> City Manager Massopust indicated Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola would Road Plamirg, <br /> be presenting this item to the Council. <br /> Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola stated HKGi is ready to begin work <br /> on the Silver Lake Road planning study being funded by a$25,000 grant through Ramsey <br /> County secured in 2020. Staff commented on the three mixed use nodes within the Silver Lake <br /> Corridor and discussed the public engagement that would occur within this project. It was <br /> noted if the contract were approved work would begin within the next 60 days. <br /> Councilmember Axberg asked how Silver Lake Road would be redone when this was not a <br /> City street. Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola explained the grant was <br /> provided to the City because the County wants to study development along this major corridor.He reported <br /> the road itself would not be replaced,but the design and development in the condor would be. <br /> Councilmember Abdulle questioned what the community engagement phase would include.Assistant <br /> Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola explained Step 1 would include informing all <br /> businesses and residents along the corridor of the study that would be completed.He indicated the City also <br />
