July 13,2021 Page 5 of 5 <br /> Emily Dunsworth <br /> Councilmember Dunsworth reported PREC did not meet in July. She explained the Zoning <br /> Code Steering Committee would be holding its first meeting on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. <br /> She thanked the resident that came forward and spoke about the concerns in his neighborhood. <br /> She noted she heard from other residents about this same concern. <br /> Pam Axberg <br /> Councilmember Axberg reported the EDC did not meet in July. She reported the EDC would <br /> be receiving a TIF 101 presentation at their August meeting. <br /> Abdullahi Abdulle <br /> Councilmember Abdulle reported the Planning Commission would meet on Tuesday, July 20, <br /> 2021. He noted he would be at the farmer's market on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 for a short <br /> period of time prior to the Zoning Code Task Force meeting. He thanked all of the residents <br /> who have reached out to him asking for help or voicing concerns. Lastly, he stated it was great <br /> to be meeting in person again. <br /> Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas <br /> Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas thanked all of the residents who have been sending emails or making <br /> calls to the City Council. She believed there was an energy in the community that was rising <br /> out of the pandemic and she encouraged residents to continue reaching out to her and the City <br /> Council. She invited residents to visit the farmers market every Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to <br /> 7:00 p.m. She encouraged residents to consider attending the Eagle's/Adagio karaoke events. <br /> She noted she met with the management at Lakeside Homes to discuss concerns on the <br /> property. She reported Park and Rec Fest would be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
