The <br />purpose of the study is to: <br />(1)Educate mixed use guided areas and neighboring property owners that change may be coming to these <br />areas in the next 10 years; <br />(2)Get feedback from both property owners and neighbors on the design aspects they would like to see <br />incorporated into future development; <br />(3)Based on initial feedback, prepare concept plans to illustrate the guidance received during initial public <br />input, and allow further feedback to ensure the City is on the right track; <br />and finally
