Call to Order <br /> <br />The virtual meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> <br />Members Present: Carlos Herrera, Kristin Lau, Jonas Lim, Kami Miller, Sanja Obradovic, <br />Lindsay Spooner, Jason Steffenhagen, and Ellen Weber <br /> <br />Members Absent: Ruben Vasquez <br /> <br />Also Present: DEI Coordinator Mark Suggs; City Manager Devin Massopust; and Mayor Kari <br />Niedfeldt-Thomas <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Spooner, seconded by Commissioner Weber to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was taken. Approved 8-0 <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Steffenhagen, seconded by Commissioner Weber to approve the <br />minutes from the January 20, 2022 meeting. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was taken. Approved 8-0 <br /> <br />V. Business Items <br /> <br />A. Update from Lisa Tabor, CultureBrokers, LLC <br /> <br />Massopust introduced Lisa Tabor from CultureBrokers to the Commission noting she has <br />worked with the City to set the stage for its equity work. <br /> <br />Lisa Tabor, CultureBrokers, LLC, thanked the Commission for their time. She stated she was <br />excited to be attending this meeting and to see the work the City has been doing come to fruition.
