Provisional License – Single-Family Homes and Duplexes 509 <br />(1) Trigger. Any rental license authorizing rental of a single-family home or duplex that generates more than 510 <br />four (4) police calls in a six month period as specified in this Section shall be transitioned to provisional 511 <br />license status in order to maintain licensure. 512 <br />(A) Police and fire calls that contribute to the triggering of provisional license status for single-family 513 <br />homes or duplexes include the following types of calls or events: 514 <br />1. Part One Crimes: 515 <br />a. Murder 516 <br />b. Rape 517 <br />c. Aggravated Assault 518 <br />d. Robbery 519 <br />e. Burglary 520 <br />f. Theft 521 <br />g. Arson 522 <br />2. Other Incidents: 523 <br />a. Controlled Substance Violations 524 <br />b. Gambling 525 <br />c. Prostitution 526 <br />d. Weapons Violations 527 <br />e. Threatening a public officer 528 <br />f. Unlawful assembly, presence at an unlawful assembly 529 <br />g. Riot 530 <br />h. Terroristic Threats 531 <br />i. Juvenile Status crimes (alcohol, tobacco, curfew) 532 <br />j. Liquor Offenses (unlawful sale, consumption) 533 <br />k. Disturbing the Peace / harassing communications 534 <br />l. Property Damage 535 <br />m. Criminal damage to property or trespass 536 <br />n. Domestic incidents (not involving assault with family member) 537 <br />o. Fire alarms 538 <br />p. Public disturbance / disorderly conduct 539 <br />q. Loud party / noise complaints 540 <br />r. Disorderly juveniles 541 <br />s. Assault in the fifth degree, non-domestic related assaults 542
