Public assist (lockouts, information requests) 554 11. Civil matters 555 12. Suspicious vehicles and/or persons 556 13. Child Abuse / child endangerment 557 14. Attempt to locate / missing persons 558 15. Prowler 559 16. Indecent Exposure 560 17. Restraining Order Violations 561 18. Domestic violence related assaults 562 19. Recovered / Found property 563 20. Soliciting complaints 564 21. Juvenile runaway 565 22. Calls for assistance initiated by the owner or manager. 566 (2) Action Required. Upon being notified by the Public Safety Department that provisional license status has 567 been triggered for a single-family home or duplex, the licensee shall submit an application for provisional 568 license status within seven (7) calendar days, or by a specific deadline established by the Public Safety 569 Department. Failure to apply for provisional license status by the applicable deadline will be grounds for 570 revocation or suspension of the license pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-158. 571 (3) Provisional License Application.
