Requests from Bel Air Elementary School include: install a stop sign at the intersection of 5th St NW & Inca Lane, add speed zone sign (completed), extend the No Parking and Parent Drop OfVPick Up area on 5th St NW and add a crosswalk on 5th St NW. Mr. Skinner stated there are two issues; students crossing the street at 5th & Inca and students being dropped off at school by parents. He would like to see a 4-way stop sign
