Pedestrian traffic coming from north of 694 is non- <br /> <br /> <br />DPS response has included: use of the speed cart, conducted patrols <br />"around Bel Air and extra visibility through patrols. <br /> <br />Requests from Bel Air Elementary School include: install a stop sign at the intersection <br />of 5th St NW & Inca Lane, add speed zone sign (completed), extend the No Parking and <br />Parent Drop OfVPick Up area on 5th St NW and add a crosswalk on 5th St NW. <br /> <br />Mr. Skinner stated there are two issues; students crossing the street at 5th & Inca and <br />students being dropped off at school by parents. He would like to see a 4-way stop sign <br />
