Pede~fttan traffic commg from north of 694 IS non- <br /> <br />DPS response has included: use of the speed cart, conducted patrols <br />ound Bel Air and extra visibility through patrols. <br /> <br />Requests from Bel Air Elementary School include: install a stop sign at the intersection <br />of Sth St NW & Inca Lane, add speed zone sign (completed), extend the No Parking and <br />Parent Drop Off/Pick Up area on Sth St NW and add a crosswalk on 5th St NW. <br /> <br />Mr. Skinner stated there are two issues; students crossing the street at 5th & Inca and <br />students being dropped off at school by parents. He would like to see a 4-way stop sign <br />
