The Title Company indicated <br />that a new commitment would be issued once that information is received from Ramsey <br />County. I require review of that revised commitment. <br />5. Commitment Corrections. <br />The legal description as on the Commitment appears to have typographical errors <br />(“Intererst Community No. 791, Ramsey County, Minnestoa.”) which should be corrected <br />when a revised Commitment is issued following the actions as described in the Note in <br />Paragraph 4, above. I require review of this revision. <br />This letter does not purport to set forth every matter relevant to a determination of whether title to <br />the Property is marketable, and no one should rely upon it for that purpose. The sole purpose of <br />this letter is to identify required signatories to the Plat and related issues of interest to the City in <br />connection with platting, as evidenced by the Commitment and the Plat. <br />This opinion is conditioned upon the issuance of a title insurance policy in favor of the City of <br />New Brighton, in an amount acceptable to the City, insuring the City’s interests as they appear on <br />the plat of SILVER OAK ESTATES NO. 6. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this information.
