Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that approval of the site plan shall be subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Parks Department staff shall continue to review any updates as they occur. Major changes (i.e. <br />significant changes to design, setback impacts, etc) will be brought back through the process <br />while minor changes will be reviewed and approved administratively. <br />2. Public safety and Engineering shall continue to review updates as they occur, and may direct <br />plan updates to deal with safety and engineering concerns as plans are finalized. <br />3. Building materials shall be in line with those anticipated and required by code. <br />4. Any proposed lighting shall be directed downward, and shielding shall be installed as needed to <br />address concerns about light sources being visible from surrounding properties. Lighting shall <br />not shine directly into the public right-of-way or adjacent residences. Final design particulars for <br />lighting will need to meet all code requirements. <br />5. The applicants shall follow conditions of the RCWD’s permit approval. <br />6.
