<br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />Kayla Campobasso, President of Silver Oaks 2 and resident at 3040 18th St NW, stated she did <br />not have any concerns with the request. She reported this property has not been paying HOA <br />dues and she believed approving this PDR would tie up the loose ends on this property. <br />Brian Glodek, 3129 18th Street NW, explained his dad was suffering from lung cancer and <br />would like to add a new bathroom onto the house. He reported this addition led the family to <br />request the lot line adjustments. <br />Motion by Commissioner Enanaa, seconded by Commissioner Allen to close the Public <br />Hearing. <br />A roll call vote was taken. Approved 5-0. <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 6:50 p.m. <br />Commissioner McQuillan asked what updates had to be completed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Attorney. Ms. Kampabaso reported her counsel was working on this matter with Jason <br />Rudd. <br />Vice Chair Frischman requested further information regarding the final lot size for the property <br />at 3024 18th Street. Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola <br />commented on the lot size requirements within PRD’s and noted the change would greatly <br />increase the size of the existing lot. <br />Vice Chair Frischman questioned if the replatting would impact the public easement on Lot 19. <br />Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola stated the public easement <br />will not be impacted. <br />Motion by Commissioner McQuillan, seconded by Commissioner Nelsen, to recommend the <br />City Council approve the requested Planned Residential Development Amendment based on <br />the findings of fact and conditions listed in the staff report as may have been amended. <br />A roll call vote was taken. Approved 5-0. <br />VII. Business Items <br />Vice Chair Frischman thanked Commissioner Allen for her service to the City of New Brighton on the <br />Planning Commission and wished her all the best as she moves to the Public Safety Commission. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Frischman thanked Councilmember Abdulle for serving as the Council Liaison to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />
