<br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Commissioner Frischman stated she loved this idea and she anticipated it would be super <br />popular. Parks and Recreation Director Fink commented on how this splash pad would have a <br />unique look and feel for visitors. She noted the splash pad would be an accessible amenity <br />which would be very inclusive. Jeff Corniea, from Commercial Recreation Specialists (the firm <br />that designed the splash pad), anticipated this splash pad would be a multi-generational <br />amenity which would provide a great experience for visitors. <br />Chair Biedenfeld thanked staff for all of their efforts on this project. <br />Motion by Commissioner McQuillan, seconded by Commissioner Frischman, to recommend <br />the City Council approve the proposed site plan based on the findings of fact and conditions <br />listed in the staff report, asking that staff post a sign that educates the public regarding the <br />water usage. <br />Approved 5-0. <br />VIII.
