Traffic safety islands shall used to maintain safe and orderly flow of 131 <br />traffic within the parking lot when deemed necessary by the Department of Community Assets 132 <br />and Development. Where a traffic safety island is installed, a drainage management plan shall be 133 <br />required and the meltwater from snow piled on the island must be controlled.
