This tower was built in 1961, with maintenance of a complete interior and <br />exterior blast and repainting in 2002 and 2021. In 2002, This tower was painted and the <br />coating system was changed from epoxy/urethane to an Ameron PSX 700. This change <br />in coatings represents about a 20% increase in the coating life and a retained glossy <br />appearance for 24 years compared to about 12 years for the epoxy/urethane. <br /> <br />Justification: This is scheduled tank maintenance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5th Street <br />Storage <br />Reservoir <br />18
