That <br />will still go through normal approval processes. <br />Recommendation(s): Authorize staff to sign a letter of intent with Kraus Anderson for <br />Construction Services at Hansen Park West. <br />Applicable Deadlines: N/A <br />Legislative History: November 13, 2018 – Council authorized the Parks and <br />Recreation Department to enter into an agreement with WSB <br />and Associates Inc. to provide services for a Comprehensive Park <br />System Plan <br />February 6, 2019 – Parks, Recreation and Environmental <br />Commission (PREC) voted to recommend the Parks
