Exhibit A to Amendment Number 4, <br />dated November 9, 2023 <br />Kimley-Horn will complete the following additional services as part of the construction phase <br />services for the Old Highway 8 – 3 Lane Conversion. <br />Task 1 – Project Management <br />No additional services. <br />Task 2 – Public Engagement <br />No additional services. <br />Task 3 – Data Collection <br />No additional services. <br />Task 4 – Traffic Access Management Analysis <br />No additional services. <br />Task 5 – Preparation of Preliminary Layout <br />No additional services. <br />Task 6 – Preliminary Engineering Report <br />No additional services. <br />Task 7 – Stormwater Management Design and Watershed Coordination <br />No additional services. <br />Task 8 – Final Design <br />The contractor that is constructing the 2023 improvements to Old Highway 8 has informed that City <br />that they will not be constructing the retaining walls adjacent to the railroad bridge, due to <br />modifications of the proposed retaining walls required by Canadian Pacific Railroad. This is <br />requiring the project to re-bid the work adjacent to the railroad bridge. Rebidding will require review <br />and approval from State Aid. Kimley-Horn will perform the following tasks to rebid the project: <br />· Compile a new State Aid approved plan set for the work adjacent to the Canadian Pacific <br />Railroad Bridge that incorporates the retaining wall designs that were included in Plan <br />Revision 4 (approved by Canadian Pacific Railroad on 9/29/23, see Task 12 - Construction <br />Phase Services for additional information). Anticipated plan sheets include: <br />o Cover Sheet <br />o SEQ <br />o General Construction Notes <br />o Construction Details <br />o MnDOT Standard Plans <br />o Typical Sections <br />o Traffic Control <br />o Alignment Plan and Tabulation <br />o Erosion Control and Turf Establishment <br />o Existing Conditions and Removal Plans
