Last month a recQ.im~mdation s made by the PREC that the <br />Council consider public art inf~ie' NO(1:hwest.i adrant development. Greacen <br />indicated his concern aboul unicationbetween the PREC and the City <br />Council. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. Correspondence <br /> <br />A. New Business <br /> <br />A. 2006 Chairperson Election <br /> <br />Steve stated the Commission needed to appoint a 2006 Chairperson. <br />MOTION BY SCOTT BUDZYNSKI, SECONDED BY JANE BRAUN, TO <br />APPOINT DON HEINRICH AS THE 2006 CHAIRPERSON. MOTION <br />CARRIED. <br /> <br />Steve stated that Doreen Praschak had moved out of New Brighton and a <br />new commissioner has been appointed. Kate Knuth was introduced and <br />welcomed to the Commission. <br />
