Report No. 06-054. Resolution No. 06-022. <br /> <br />Director of Parks and Recreation, Steve Rymer gave an overview of proposed grant <br />to assist in funding trail connections in the Northwest Quadrant, in addition to <br />estimated. costs involved. The funding request will be for the maximum amOlll1t of <br />$100,000, which also requires a local match from the comrrlw1ity. It was stated <br />that the DNR requires City approval to award the grant. <br /> <br />louncil Member Doffing questioned whether there were any additional grants <br />vailable. Mr. Rymer stated there is potential for a Federal grant. <br /> <br />Council Member Doffmg also stated her support for public art associated with the <br /> <br />3.
