Approval of Site Plan Submittal (COI) as prepared by Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. and <br />dated December 29, 2005 subject to a minor revision to accommodate re~alignment of the road <br />located between Buildings #1, #46, #37 and Pond 2 and acknowledgement that the trail and <br />bridge crossings are not the developer's responsibility. <br />3 Approval of Parking Plan Submittal (C02) as prepared by Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. and <br />dated December 29, 2005 subject to a minor revision to accommodate additional parking for <br />Buildings #47, #48 and #49. <br />4 Approval of Grading Plan Submittal (C03) as prepared by Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />and dated December 29,2005 subject to review, as needed, by the City Engineer. <br />5 Approval of Typical (Street) Sections Submittal (C04) as prepared by Kimley Horn and <br />Associates, Inc. and dated December 29, 2005 subject to review, as needed, by the City <br />Engineer. <br />6 Approval of Preliminary Plat/PUD Submittal (S~O 1) as prepared by Kimley Horn and <br />Associates, Inc. and dated December 29, 2005 subject to minor revisions to Site Plan (COI) <br />referenced above and also subject to dedication of trail easements in favor of the City, as <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer and/or the Parks and Recreation Director. <br />7 Approval of Landscape Plan Submittal (LOI, L02, L03 and L04) as prepared by Kimley Horn <br />and Associates, Inc. and dated December 29, 2005 subject to minor revisions to Site Plan (COI) <br />referenced above and review/approval by the City Forester of a fmallandscaping plan regarding <br />long~term health and survivability of the proposed plants and revision of the proposed over~ <br />story selection. <br />Approval of Lighting Plan Submittal (LOI) as prepared by Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />and dated December 29, 2005 subject to minor revisions to Site Plan (COI) referenced above <br />and review/approval of the City Engineer. <br />Approval of Typical Buildings Elevations Submittals (AOI, A02, A03, A04, AOS, A06, A30 <br />and A31) as prepared by Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. and ESG Architects dated <br />December 29,2005. <br />Submittal of Typical Building Elevations, as noted in condition #9 above, but to include color <br />versions depicting all proposed building materials to be approved by the City Council as part of <br />final PUD review and approval. <br />Review and approval of City Engineer of the following: <br />a. Final utility plan <br />b. Determination of fill amounts necessary to accommodate the walk~out basements <br />proposed. <br />c. Determination of snow storage locations. <br />Review and approval of the Fire Marshal for all fire hydrant locations. <br />Review and approval of Public Safety Director or designee for inclusion of following elements <br />into the final plans: <br />a. Installation of repeaters for 800 megahertz radio access, <br />b.
