<br />3. Provision of a detailed landscape plan for berm to be constructed along the <br />south and southwest property line prior to final approval of PL-198 and <br />PRO-55. <br />4. Proposed Lots 1 and 2 along Long Lake Road would be developed with homes <br />sharing one curb cut and sharing a driveway having turnarounds to avoid <br />having vehicles backing onto Long Lake Road. The developer shall provide <br />and file restrictive covenants with appropriate cross driveway easements <br />approved by the City Planner prior to the issuance of those permits. <br />5. Proposed Lot 3 at the corner of Long Lake Road and Poppyseed Drive be <br />developed with a home which faces Poppyseed Drive and the driveway on <br />said lot be located as close to the east property line as possible to avoid <br />conflict with the Long Lake Road and Poppyseed Drive intersection. <br />6. Preserve as much of the existing trees along the east property line as <br />practical. <br />7.
