<br />d) That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and/or necessary facilities <br />have been or are being provided. <br />e) That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the applicable <br />regulations of the district in which it is located. <br />5. The Planning Commission held a public hearing, reviewed the project and <br />found the above criteria to be satisfied and recommended approval to the City <br />Council. <br />6. The City Council finds that the criteria in Section 8-130 are met. <br /> <br />E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council approves SP05-12, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall show proof of parking for at least 10 parking spaces. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall redesign the site plan ~roviding proof of parking by <br />expanding the available parking off of 14 Street NW at a design to be <br />approved by City Staff. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall be allowed to utilize the building in such a manner so <br />as to not to exceed the parking available. All programs shall be consistent <br />with the existing and proposed uses including a "food shelf' land use. <br /> <br />4. Pre K through adult education used shall be allowed; the District shall <br />document uses and any alteration of uses will require another special use <br />permit application. <br /> <br />5.
