Both are teaching this weekend at the 2006 <br />Minnesota Citizen Corps Seminar. <br /> <br />Comm. Allen asked how this program is funded. Director Jacobson stated some of these <br />areas are in the budget (VIPS, National Night Out) and others are not (CERT).
