The City is aware of this <br />situation and will respond to proposals accordingly. <br /> <br />SITES AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES <br /> <br />There are four distinct sites that are available for development (see attachment). Each <br />has its own development parameters, based on the size and location of the site and its <br />expected contribution to the market value of the entire development. Developers may <br />choose to submit proposals for one or several sites. <br /> <br />The sites are as follows: <br /> <br />Block A <br />Location: Immediately east of Old Highway 8 and north ofI-694 <br />Size: 5.1 acres <br />Approximate dimensions: 550' x 350' <br />Development parameters: <br /> <br />Block B <br />Location: East of Block A, along ramp from southbound I-35W to westbound 1-694 <br />Size: 6.7 acres <br />Approximate dimensions: 500' x 800' <br />Development parameters: <br /> <br />Block C <br />Location: Immediately south of 14th St. NE and west ofI-35W <br />Size: 8.4 acres <br />Approximate dimensions: 500' x 450' <br />Development parameters: 130,000 square feet <br /> <br />Block I <br />Location: Immediately west of Old Highway 8 and north of 1-694 <br />Size: 4.2 acres <br />Approximate dimensions: 350' x 500' <br />Development parameters: 83,000 square feet <br /> <br />The City may determine that it is in its best interests to withdraw one or more sites from <br />consideration. In this event, every effort will be made to notify interested parties at the <br />earliest possible date. <br />
