<br />and have been prepared in conformance with the professional <br />appraisal standards that pertain in the Twin Cities metropolitan <br />area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Quick-Take statute requires the City Council to <br />pass upon said appraisal reports for the prupose of adopting them <br />as the City's approved appraisals of value for Quick-Take purpos- <br />es; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence <br />condemnation proceedings for City Project No. 89-13 in accordance <br />with Minn. Stat. Sec. 117.042 to acquire the following described <br />easements over, under, and across the following described proper- <br />ties: <br /> <br />Parcel No.8 <br />P.I.D. No. 29-30-23-13-0017 <br />Legal: Lots 5 and 6 and adjacent vacated alley, Block 7, <br />First Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County <br />Appraised value of easements: $2,200 <br />Easement Descriptions: <br /> <br />A perpetual easement for public right-of-way over, <br />under and across the East 10.00 feet of said Lots 5 and <br />6. <br /> <br />Together with a temporary easement for construction <br />purposes over, under, and across the West 25.00 feet of <br />the East 35.00 feet of said Lot 6 and the West 5.00 <br />feet of the East 15.00 feet of said Lot 5. <br /> <br />Parcel No. 15 <br />P.I.D. No. 29-30-23-14-0065 <br />Legal: Lot 22 and the South 1/2 of Lot 23, Block 5, First <br />Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County <br />Appraised value: $350 <br />Easement Descriptions: <br /> <br />A perpetual easement for public right-of-way over, <br />under and across the West 1.00 foot of said Lot 22 and <br />South 1/2 of Lot 23. <br /> <br />Together with a temporary easement for construction <br />purposes over, under and across the East 5.00 feet of <br />the West 6.00 feet of the North 35.00 feet, and the <br />South 5.00 feet of the East 15.00 feet of the West <br />16.00 feet of said Lot 22 and the East 15.00 feet of <br />the West 16.00 feet of said South 1/2 of Lot 23. <br /> <br />2.
