<br />b. The notice of election must be published in the official <br />newspaper of the City at least two weeks prior to the <br />election; and <br /> <br />c. The notice of election and a sample ballot may be posted in <br />the office of the City Clerk ten days prior to the election <br />but in no event less than four days prior to the election; and <br /> <br />d. The sample ballot must be published in the official newspaper at <br />least one week prior to the election; and <br /> <br />e. The sample ballot must be posted at each of the polling places on <br />election day in accordance with paragraph 5 hereof. <br /> <br />4. The polling places, hours of election and the respective judges for <br />the election will be those established by the City for special <br />elections. The polls will be open from 7a.m. until closing at 8p.m. <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk-Finance Director is authorized and directed to prepare <br />separate ballots for the election for use in conjunction with the <br />optical scan electronic voting system on white buff paper with black <br />ink pursuant to the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />206.90. The City Clerk-Finance Director will provide each polling <br />place with at least two sample ballots. <br /> <br />6.
