<br />,/, <br />,,,j <br /> <br />'> .. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-....6..3..- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide <br />'certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />PIN NOS.: 20-30-23-34-0004 <br />20-30-23-34-0005 <br />20-30-23-34-0008 <br />20-30-23-34-0009 <br />20-30-23-34-0010 <br />20-30-23-34-0011 <br />20-30-23-34-0012 <br /> <br />20-30-23-34-0013 <br />20-30-23-34-0014 <br />20-30-23-34-0015 <br />20-30-23-34-0016 <br />20-30-23-34-0094 <br />20-30-23-34-0095 <br /> <br />PARCEL A: Turnback of 1-694 Right-of-Way <br /> <br />Tract A. That part of Lots 75 and 79, Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, <br />according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: From a point on the east <br />line of Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, <br />distant 832.5 feet north of the southeast corner thereof, <br />run westerly at an angle of 85 degrees 19 minutes 00 <br />seconds from said east section line (measured from south to <br />west) for 1895.05 feet; thence deflect to the left on a 01 <br />degree 00 minute 00 second curve (delta angle 13 degrees 03 <br />minutes 07.5 seconds) having a length of 1305.21 feet for <br />1054.68 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 <br />degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds to the tangent of said curve <br />at said point and run southeasterly to an intersection with <br />a line run parallel with and distant 75 feet southeasterly <br />of Line 1 described below, which is the point of beginning <br />of Tract A to be described; thence continue southeasterly <br />on the last described course for 30 feet; thence run <br />southwesterly to a point distant 30 feet southeasterly <br />(measured at right angles) of a point on said 75 foot <br />parallel line, distant 426.95 feet southwesterly of the <br />most easterly line of said Lot 75 (when measured along said <br />75 foot parallel line); thence run southwesterly to a point <br />distant 160 feet north and 545 feet west of the south <br />quarter corner of said Section 20; thence run south along a <br />line which would intersect the south line of said Section <br />20 at a point thereon, distant 545 feet west of the south <br />quarter corner thereof, to an intersection with a line run <br />parallel with and distant 33 feet north of the south line <br />of said Section 20; thence run west of said 33 foot <br />parallel line to its intersection with Line 2 described <br />below; thence run northerly and northeasterly along said <br />Line 2 to its point of termination; thence run <br />southeasterly to the point of beginning of Tract A; <br /> <br />Line 1. Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section 20, <br />distant 832.5 feet north of the southeast corner thereof; <br />thence run southwesterly at an angle of 85 degrees 19 <br />minutes 00 seconds from said east section line (measured <br />from south to west) for 1675.4 feet~ thence deflect to the <br />left on a 01 degree 00 minute 00 second curve (delta angle <br />13 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds) for 1300 feet and there <br />terminating; <br /> <br />Line 2.
