WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide 'certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PIN NOS.: 20-30-23-34-0004 20-30-23-34-0005 20-30-23-34-0008 20-30-23-34-0009 20-30-23-34-0010 20-30-23-34-0011 20-30-23-34-0012 20-30-23-34-0013 20-30-23-34-0014 20-30-23-34-0015 20-30-23-34-0016 20-30-23-34-0094 20-30-23-34-0095 PARCEL A: Turnback of 1-694 Right-of-Way Tract A. That part of Lots 75 and 79, Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows: From a point on the east line of Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, distant 832.5 feet north of the southeast corner thereof, run westerly at an angle of 85 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds from said east section line (measured from south to west) for 1895.05 feet; thence deflect to the left on a 01 degree 00 minute 00 second curve (delta angle 13 degrees 03 minutes 07.5 seconds) having a length of 1305.21 feet for 1054.68 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds to the tangent of said curve at said point and run southeasterly to an intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 75 feet southeasterly of Line 1 described below, which is the point of beginning of Tract A to be described; thence continue southeasterly on the last described course for 30 feet; thence run southwesterly to a point distant 30 feet southeasterly (measured at right angles) of a point on said 75 foot parallel line, distant 426.95 feet southwesterly of the most easterly line of said Lot 75 (when measured along said 75 foot parallel line); thence run southwesterly to a point distant 160 feet north and 545 feet west of the south quarter corner of said Section 20; thence run south along a line which would intersect the south line of said Section 20 at a point thereon, distant 545 feet west of the south quarter corner thereof, to an intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet north of the south line of said Section 20; thence run west of said 33 foot parallel line to its intersection with Line 2 described below; thence run northerly and northeasterly along said Line 2 to its point of termination; thence run southeasterly to the point of beginning of Tract A; Line 1.
