WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New ,Brighton that the Commission recommended approval of the subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: That part of Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the South Quarter corner of Section 20, Township 30, Range 23; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 59 minutes 24 seconds West, along the south line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20, a distance of 643.66 feet; thence North 15 degrees 00 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 120.64 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 300.00 feet and a central angle of 56 degrees 20 minutes 28 seconds for a distance of 295.00 feet; thence North 71 degrees 20 minutes 55 seconds East tangent to last described curve a distance of 127.88 feet; thence South 15 degrees 46 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 8.11 feet; thence northeasterly along a non-tangential curve concave to the south, intersecting the East line of said Southwest Quarter distant 441.03 feet northerly of said South Quarter corner, having a radius of 5654.65 feet and a central angle of 3 degrees 04 minutes 42 seconds for a distance of 303.80 feet; thence South 0 degrees 27 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 441.03 feet to the point of beginning. Except that part taken for 10th Street NW. Subject to easements, if any. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of New Brighton approves PL-178.
