<br />.. . <br /> <br />thence on an azimuth of 14 degrees 38 minutes 18 seconds, <br />120.64 feet; thence deflect to the right on a tangential <br />curve having a radius of 300 feet and a delta angle of 56 <br />degrees 20 minutes 28 seconds for 295 feet; thence on an <br />azimuth of 70 degrees 58 minutes 46 seconds, 127.88 feet <br />and there terminating. <br /> <br />Together with any and all streets and alleys adjacent thereto, vacated <br />or to be vacated, and together with any and all appurtenant easements, <br />EXCEPT that this property is subject to 10th Street NW and easements <br />of record in lOth Street NW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for <br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been <br /> <br />met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New <br />,Brighton that the Commission recommended approval of the subdivision of the <br />above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Beginning at the South Quarter corner of <br />Section 20, Township 30, Range 23; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />North 89 degrees 59 minutes 24 seconds West, along the south line of <br />the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20, a distance of 643.66 feet; <br />thence North 15 degrees 00 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of <br />120.64 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve concave <br />to the southeast having a radius of 300.00 feet and a central angle <br />of 56 degrees 20 minutes 28 seconds for a distance of 295.00 feet; <br />thence North 71 degrees 20 minutes 55 seconds East tangent to last <br />described curve a distance of 127.88 feet; thence South 15 degrees <br />46 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 8.11 feet; thence <br />northeasterly along a non-tangential curve concave to the south, <br />intersecting the East line of said Southwest Quarter distant 441.03 <br />feet northerly of said South Quarter corner, having a radius of <br />5654.65 feet and a central angle of 3 degrees 04 minutes 42 seconds <br />for a distance of 303.80 feet; thence South 0 degrees 27 minutes 26 <br />seconds East a distance of 441.03 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Except that part taken for 10th Street NW.
