<br />appointed commissioners in the eminent domain proceedings. <br />The Property is subject to the Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Finance District No. 6 relative to <br />Development District No.1 as Modified. The City must <br />acquire the Property to establish clear title for the area <br />encompassed by said District No. 6 and to make the property <br />available for redevelopment prior to the award of the court- <br />appointed commissioners so that the City may enter into and <br />carry out agreements for the private redevelopment of the <br />area within said District No.6. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization to Acquire Described Property <br />by Eminent Domain proceedings Pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 117. <br /> <br />2.01. It is necessary to acquire the Property to carry <br />out the purposes and objectives of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 469.124-.134, Development District No.1, and the <br />Modified Development Program for said District, and the <br />acquisition of said Property, and any part thereof, or <br />interest therein, by the power of eminent domain in the <br />manner provided by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 117, is <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />2.02.
