<br />... <br /> <br />0--' <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW 'BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF-SYSTEM EXPENDITURE OF MSA FUNDS FOR <br />EMERGENCY VEHICLE PRE-EMPTION SYSTEM. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City <br />of New Brighton to participate in the cost of a construction project located <br />on C.S.A.H.
