Report No. 05-143 <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Doffing seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes <br />to approve the consent agenda as presented. <br /> <br />I Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br />1. consideration of splitting the lot at 557 5th Avenue NW into three lots of record. <br />Report No. 05-144. <br /> <br />Mayor Larson opened the Public Hearing at 7 :31 pm. <br /> <br />The City Planner gave an overview of the proposed lot split, detailing the specifics of <br />each of the three lots; indicating the three lot sizes would be as follows: <br />Tract A: 8,360 sq. ft <br />Tract B: 6,350 sq. ft. <br />Tract C: 5,170 sq. ft. <br /> <br />Mr.. Matthew Winiecki; 566 4th Ave NW presented a petition signed by 17 <br />households in opposition to the lot split. In addition photos were presented <br />showing the current parking conditions along the alley of the proposed lot split. <br />Mr.. Winiecki stated that the general consensus among the neighbors was that a lot <br />split into two lots of record would be acceptable. Mr.. Winiecki stated that the <br />IrimEuy concerns were related to parking issues and safety of children. <br /> <br />ouneil Member Moore-Sykes questioned weather the current parking issues <br />would be resolved if the lots were not split; questioning weather the primEuy <br />concern was related to the additional traffic that would occur. <br /> <br />Mr..
