Consolidated Vouchers: 110074 to 110260 for a total of <br />$338,922.44 <br />and 110714 to 110726 for a total of $54,146.96 together for a <br />Grand total of $393,069.40. Report 05-048. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Doffing, seconded by Council Member Burg, to <br />approve the consent agenda as presented. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearina <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. Consideration of a Type 4 Non-Confonning Use Pennit and Site Plan <br />Review to <br />Construct 22 garages at 219 Old Highway 8 SW. Report 05-049. <br /> <br />The City Planner gave an overview of the proposed project. <br /> <br />David Steel of WJF Properties presented the proposed project. Mr. Steele explained there <br />would be 4 garage banks, in addition 2 catch basins, a Fire truck tum-around, additional fire <br />hydrant, and a cement pad for dumpster. Mr. Steele also explained there would be ample <br />motion activated lighting installed. <br /> <br />Council Member Burg inquired about the exterior design, Mr. Steele explained he will <br />provide examples of products to be used. <br /> <br />The City Planner stated he requires materials to be used, documented on paper. <br /> <br />Council Member Hoffman asked Mr. Steele if he had an idea of timing of this project. <br /> <br />Mr. Steele stated he has an additional project adjacent to the proposed garage site plan, <br />and he would intend to begin that project May 15, intending to have the garages built within <br />9 months of that date. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Member Hoffman stated she would prefer the garages are constructed the same <br />time as Mr. Steele's additional project. <br /> <br />The City Manager, recommended to add as a condition that the garages will be completed <br />at the time of completion of the additional proposed project. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes, <br /> <br />Consent Aaenda <br /> <br />Consolidated <br />Vouchers 110074 to <br />110260 for a total of <br />$338,922.44.
