Approval of a permit by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />2. Light plans for the proposed buildings are submitted to the City detailing <br />placement and illumination data to be approved by the City Planner. <br />3. Landscape plans are revised and re-submitted, subject to review and <br />approval of the City Forester. <br />4. A letter of credit is submitted covering the cost of site improvements including <br />correction of all non-conformities. <br />5. The fire hydrant shown on the plan is relocated to the east; final location to <br />be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />6. The fire truck "turn" area shall be painted and signed "No Parking: Fire Lane <br />Only." <br />7. The applicant shall submit dumpster enclosure material data to be approved <br />by the City Planner. <br />8. Garage elevations shall be re-submitted showing material details. Final <br />siding material to be reviewed and approved by the City Planner. <br />9. The applicant shall show a paved path connecting the parking area to the <br />east side of the Old Highway 8 right-of-way to facilitate MCTO bus stop <br />location. <br />10. All non-conformities must be completed simultaneously with the construction <br />of the adjacent 52-unit project south of the subject site in PL04-04. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />2. Consideration of a Minor Subdivision to split the property at <br />219 Old Highway 8 SW into two lots of record and Site Plan Review to <br />construct a 52-unit apartment building on the new lots to the south. Report <br />05-050. <br /> <br />The City Planner gave an overview of the proposed project. <br />Council Member Doffing questioned weather there was a need for a 2nd fire hydrant. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The City Planner stated the Fire Marshall requested a hydrant closer to the new building. <br /> <br />David Steele, MJVF Properties gave a presentation of the proposed project. Mr. Steele <br />spoke about the types of units that would be made available, the approximate rent, ranging <br />for $860.00 to $1 ,000.00 monthly. <br /> <br />Council Member Burg inquired as to weather there was anyone on waiting list. <br /> <br />Mr. Steele stated that 4 months prior to opening, is the time to start marketing. <br /> <br />The City Manger asked Mr. steele to clarify his statement on being comparable to Main <br />Street Village, weather the cost of construction and quality of materials would be <br /> <br />2.
