Proclamation Recognizing Parks, Recreation, and Environmental <br />Commission member Lynn Besch for her service on the Commission from <br />1999-2005. <br /> <br />Mayor Larson read the Proclamation, and then presented it to Lynn Besch. <br /> <br />Steve Rymer expressed gratitude to Lynn Besch for her involvement over the <br />years. <br /> <br />2. Presentation by Ace Solid Waste of the Company's 2004 Park Donations. <br />Report 05-036. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Andy Schweizer, along with his son, Tyler, presented a check payable to The <br />City of New Brighton for $530.00. Mr Schweizer explained that for each new <br />customer, ACE donates $5.00 to the Park Board. <br /> <br />Mayor Larson and Council Members gratefully accepted the donation. <br /> <br />Consent Aqenda <br />1.
