Public Hearing to consider modifications to the City's development program and creation <br />I of Tax Increment Financing District # 30. <br /> <br />Motion by Kim Moore-Sykes, seconded by Bruce Howard, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br />Several individuals spoke to this issue on both sides of the argument. Speaking against included <br />Nancy Grant and Attorney Daniel Beesau, who submitted a document to be made part of the <br />record on behalf of Sinclair. Speaking in favor of the changes included Kraus Anderson <br />Representative Layne HendalI and TIP consultant Jim Casserly. <br /> <br />Motion by Kim Moore-Sykes, seconded by Ron Sweeley, directing staff to prepare the <br />necessary resolutions for the Council to consider. <br />4 Ayes ~ 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />1.
