Motion by Kim Moore-Sykes, seconded by Bruce Howard, TO WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 03-039 APPROVING SITE PLAN LP03-04 FOR <br />BUILDING E AT MAIN STREET VILLAGE WITH STATED CONDITIONS. <br />1. The landscape plan shall be amended to show screening to mitigate vehicle headlights for <br />the single family owners across 5th Avenue NW. <br />2. The site plan shall be amended so that sidewalks adjacent to parking stalls are wide <br />enough to balance the need for vehicle overhang and to accommodate pedestrian movement. <br />The final width to be approved by the city planner. <br />3. Refinement of design approved by city planner, that provides pedestrian connections <br />between 5th Ave and Co Rd E-2 facades (east/south) from the storefronts to the sidewalks in <br />the right-of-way. <br />4. Landscaping for the east side of the building shall be re-designed to facilitate sidewalk <br />connections with steps and retaining wall structures. <br />5. A minor subdivision is applied for to split off the building D parcel. <br />6. When the lot is split, a declaration of covenants is approved by the city attorney for the <br />new lot. <br />7. Continued compliance with the approved and amended general development plan for <br />Main Street Village. <br />8. Cross parking easement document (s) shall be approved by the city attorney. <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />5. Motion by Kim Moore-Sykes, seconded by Bruce Howard, TO WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 03-040 APPROVING SITE PLAN LP03-03, CITY <br />MAINTENANCE FACILITY EXPANSION. <br />14 Ayes ~ 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />6. Motion by Ron Sweeley, seconded by Bruce Howard, TO WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 03-041 AUTHORIZING THE CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE <br />REDEVELOPMENT WITH BEISSWENGERS NEW BRIGHTON HARDWARE, INC. <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />7. Motion by Kim Moore~Sykes, seconded by Ron Sweeley, TO WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 03-035 OPPOSING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A US <br />POSTAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER ON THE TCAAP PROPERTY IN ARDEN IDLLS. <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />8.
