He requested that businesses be <br />allowed to exhibit the temporary signage, and such temporary signage would not be counted as <br />part of their two temporary signs permitted annually. <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Hoffman, to WAIVE THE READING AND ORDER THE <br />PUBLICATION OF AN INTERMIN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TEMPORARY <br />SIGNS ALONG A CERTAIN SECTION OF SILVER LAKE ROAD; AND THAT THESE <br />TEMPORARY SIGNS ARE NOT COUNTED AGAINST ANNUALLY PERMITTED <br />TEMPORARY SIGN REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Consideration of an application for site plan review and special use permit to add 130 feet onto an <br />existing 140 foot fence near the 8th fairway of Brightwood Hills Golf Course. The purpose is to <br />further protect homes on the south side of Green view Drive. Fences for special purposes may be <br />permitted in any district by the issuance of a special use permit. The Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing and approved the request. Moore-Sykes noted that homeowners on Greenview <br />Drive attended the hearing and were in support of this project. <br /> <br />IMOtiOn by Samuelson, seconded by Moore-Sykes, to WAIVE THE READING AN.D ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION APPROVING LP02-005 AND SP02-002, SUBJECT TO THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br />1.
