JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH ON MAY 7, 2002. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Civil Engineer Kerry Stenzel presented the feasibility study for Project 02-1, Street Reconstruction <br />project. The streets included in this project are portions of: I't Ave. NW, 3rd St. NW, 5th St. NW, <br />5th St. SW, 9th St. NW, lih Ave. NW, 32nd Ave. NW, Aiton Rd., Brentwood Dr., Chatham Ter., . <br />Driftwood Circle, Driftwood Ct., Driftwood Rd., Heritage Circle, Heritage Ln., and Kimberly Dr. <br />The reconstruction is proposed due to the age and poor condition of the streets. The total <br />estimated project cost is $1,705,200.00 which includes the street reconstruction, storm sewer <br />improvements, sanitary sewer repairs, and water system improvements. Ofthat total project cost, <br />the assessable street portion would be divided between the 278 lots in the project at a cost of <br />1$1,196.00/1ot.
