The addition would consist of a new entryway, landing and front deck. <br />Seciton 4-040 (3) B states that in required front years, the required setback may be reduced <br />to 24 ft. subject to approval of a special use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Hoffman, seconded by Samuelson, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION APPROVING SP01-015 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITION: <br />1.
