CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL <br />GAMBLING LICENSE - ST JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH FOR <br />SEPTEMBER 15 AND 16,2001. <br />5. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO GRANT A TEMPORARY ON SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE TO ST JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH FOR SEPTEMBER <br />15 AND 16,2001; AND WAIVE THE LICENSE FEE. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing - PLOI-02, Minor Subdivision - 30 12th Ave. NW, Larry Beach <br /> <br />Consideration to split existing lot to create three single family residential lots. <br /> <br />Mike Neeley, ] 50 I2lh Ave., noted concern oftree removal and the lot size conforming with <br />adjacent properties. Larry Beach, developer, explained that they will attempt to save as many <br />trees as possible, and the 80 ft. wide lots conform with City lot standards. <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Hoffman, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Moore-Sykes, seconded by Hoffman, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF PLOI-02, SUBJECT <br />TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. ALL HOMES WITHIN THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION MEET THE CITY'S <br />MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR THE R-l, SINGLE F AMIL Y <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. <br />2. GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL <br />OF THE CITY ENGINEER. <br />3. EACH NEW HOME PROPOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE <br />SUBDIVISION MUST SUBMIT GRADING PLAN WITH BUILDING PERMIT <br />APPLICATION, GRADING PLANS MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH <br />OVERALL GRADING PLAN APPROVED IN FINAL PLAT. <br />4. UTILITY PLAN SHALL BE REVISED PER THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF <br />THE CITY ENGINEER. <br />5. APPROVAL OF A PERMIT BY RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />(RCWD). NO BUILDING PERMITS SHALL BE ISSUED UNTIL APPROVAL <br />HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM RICE CREEK. <br />6. PARK DEDICATION FEES ($750/ LOT) DUE AT THE TIME OF BUILDING <br />PERMIT APPLICATION. <br />7.
