The <br />proposed new home will replace an older home and encroach into setback area by 8 feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Hoffman, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION APPROVING VNOI-01 SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br />1. SILT FENCING INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED DURING <br />CONSTRUCTION. <br />2. A DEMOLITION PERMIT IS APPLIED FOR. <br />3. BUILDING PERMIT APPLIED FOR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEMOLITION. <br />4. SPECIAL CARE IS TAKEN TO PROTECT THE ROOT SYSTEMS OF <br />EXISTING PINES DURING CONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />SP01-07 - Sign Plans for Main Street Village, the area of Co. Rd. E-2 Ext. and 5th Ave. NW. <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Hoffman, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION APPROVING SPOI-07 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br />1. PLAN SHALL CONSTITUTE PERMITTED SIGNS FOR THAT AREA. <br />ANY FUTURE PLAN CHANGES SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT PROCEDURE AND WHEN ADOPTED SHALL <br />BECOME PART OF THAT PLAN. <br />2. THE APPLICANT SHALL WORK WITH CITY STAFF TO DETERMINE <br />FINAL PLACEMENT OF SIGNS THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH <br />TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN SAFETY. <br />3. APPLICANT SHALL COMPLETE TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT FOR <br />SIGNS UNTIL APPROVED PLANS ARE MANUFACTURED. <br />4.
