Electronic (AutoCAD) topographic survey information for the roadway corridor. <br />. A copy of the final Northwest Quadrant Framework Plan and Design Guidelines. <br />. A copy ofthe final Northwest Quadrant Traffic Study. <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />We will provide our services as expeditiously as practicable to meet the following <br />mutually agreed upon schedule. <br /> <br />. Authorization to Proceed <br />. Preliminary Layout Complete for City Staff Review <br />. Present Preliminary Layout to City Council <br />at Work Session <br />. Confirm Phase I Street Layout/Design at Old Highway 8 <br />. Final Layout and Letter Report Complete <br />. Final Layout Approved by City Council <br /> <br />June 13, 2006 <br />July 3, 2006 <br />July 11, 2006 <br /> <br />July 12, 2006 <br />July 28, 2006 <br />August 8, 2006 <br /> <br />Fee and Billing <br /> <br />KHA will provide the services described in the scope of services on a labor fee plus <br />expense basis. Labor fee will be billed according to the attached rate schedule. Any <br />subconsultant fees will be billed directly to the City with no KHA markup.
