Electronic (AutoCAD) topographic survey information for the roadway corridor. . A copy of the final Northwest Quadrant Framework Plan and Design Guidelines. . A copy ofthe final Northwest Quadrant Traffic Study. Schedule We will provide our services as expeditiously as practicable to meet the following mutually agreed upon schedule. . Authorization to Proceed . Preliminary Layout Complete for City Staff Review . Present Preliminary Layout to City Council at Work Session . Confirm Phase I Street Layout/Design at Old Highway 8 . Final Layout and Letter Report Complete . Final Layout Approved by City Council June 13, 2006 July 3, 2006 July 11, 2006 July 12, 2006 July 28, 2006 August 8, 2006 Fee and Billing KHA will provide the services described in the scope of services on a labor fee plus expense basis. Labor fee will be billed according to the attached rate schedule. Any subconsultant fees will be billed directly to the City with no KHA markup. An amount will be added to each invoice to cover certain other expenses such as in-house duplicating, local mileage, postage, and delivery charges.
