<br />exemption covers cities in which projects were currently underway, avoiding
<br />changing the rules part way through. Mr. LeFevere agreed to provide the council
<br />with documentation.
<br />Council Member Batunan questioned the process involved when the City becomes
<br />the landlord of the Post Office.
<br />David Black explained that there are two separate negations involved with...t:J:1is
<br />property, One with the Fee Owner (Dr. Zellickson) and the other with th.l:t:pQs'F'
<br />Office., explaining each negotiation possesses separate elements. '

<br />Council Member Burg sfu~d it was the responsibility of the council to complete this

<br />Council Member Burg also stated it was her thoughts if Mr. Zellickson was
<br />concerned about the pending eminent domain action, he or his legal cOilllsel would
<br />be present at this meeting.
