Rd. E. <br /> <br />Church uses are allowed by special use pennit within a B-1 district, and the proposal meets <br />all setbacks and parking requirements. The applicant shown willingness to work with staff <br />to address landscaping, stonn water, utility, and public safety issues. The plan shows a <br />landscaped 25 ft. buffer along the west and north property lines with retaining wall on the <br />southwest portion.
