<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 22, 2000 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Council Business. continued <br /> <br />Motion by Hoffman, seconded by Samuelson to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT <br />OF PLOO-8, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. ESTABLISHMENT OF DRIVEWAY ACCESS EASEMENT OVER THE <br />PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ON LOT 2, TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO LOT 3. <br />2. ALL EASEMENTS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL <br />OF THE CITY ENGINEER. <br /> <br />5 Ayes. 0 Nayes, Motion Carried, <br /> <br />Teague presented a preliminary and final plat to create four lots for Main Street Village <br />located at the northwest corner of Co. Rd. E-2 and 5th Ave. NW, and vacation of 6th St. <br />NW. Lots 1,2, and 3 will be utilized for office buildings and tenant space, and Lot 4 is <br />the future site of a restaurant and retail space. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Samuelson, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT <br />OF PLOO-7, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. VACATION OF THE 6TH ST. NW RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />2. THE DEVELOPERlLANDOWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE <br />MAINTENANCE OF MAIN STREET. <br />3.
