The provision of a coniferous landscape screen along the east <br />boundary of the proposed parking lot. <br />2. The elimination of the southerly most drive/access point and the <br />construction of a new drive/access point near the north property <br />line of the subject site. <br />3. Approval of curb cut by Ramsey County. <br />4. Provision of poured in place concrete curbing along north property <br />line. <br />5. Provision of a performance bond in the amount equal to 100% of the <br />cost to install site improvements. <br />6.
