<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />06- <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LA W <br />ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES INC LOCAL NO. 113 AND THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON, AND ADJUST WAGES AND BENEFITS OF PATROL <br />OFFICERS ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED CONTRACT TERMS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the LELS Local No. 113 union and the City of New Brighton <br />received the binding arbitration ruling for the 2006-2007 Master Labor Agreement <br />relating to wages and benefits; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to <br />execute all collective bargaining agreement; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager <br />are hereby authorized to execute the Master Labor Agreement between the LELS Local <br />No. 113 and the City of New Brighton covering the period of January 1,2006 through <br />December 31, 2007, and adjust Patrol Officer wages and benefits according to contract <br />terms agreed upon by both parties. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of June, 2006. <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />Matthew S.Fulton, City Manager <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Daniel A.
