The <br />commitment would build a new generation of civic leaders. <br /> <br />Tntergenerational Team <br />for Community of <br />Promise <br />Report 99-244 <br /> <br />One of the first steps is to develop a diverse, intergenerational community team of 15-20 <br />individuals from five different age ranges. The City recruited applications by sending <br />infonnation to commission members, schools, churches, organizations, and newspapers. <br />The team would create a strategy to develop the assets needed to become successful adults. <br />
