Rd. E-2. City Attorney Charlie LeFevere <br />believes that being modifications to Co. Rd. E-2 are speculative, it is difficult to apply <br />such condition. Benke's intention is to determine if grading improvements are needed to <br />provide site access. Fulton is uncomfortable with placing a condition pending an <br />ambiguous situation which a logical answer cannot be made at this time. <br /> <br />Larson suggestion installation of a sidewalk on the north side of Co. Rd. E-2. <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Hoffman, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING LP-351 AND SP-210, SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />PERIMETER CURBING BE INSTALLED AROUND THE OFF -STREET <br />PARKING AREA AND DRIVE AISLES. <br />ALL OFF-STREET PARKING AND DRIVE AREAS BE PAVED WITH <br />BITUMINOUS SURFACE. <br />OFF-STREET PARKING STALLS MUST BE STRIPED WITHIN WHITE <br />OR YELLOW PAINTED LINES, NOT LESS THAN FOUR (4) INCHES <br />WIDE. <br />THE LANDSCAPING PLANS SHALL BE INSTALLED PER THE <br />SUBMITTED PLANS DATED 1-29-99. <br />PROVISION OF A BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT <br />EQUAL TO 100% OF THE COST TO INSTALL LANDSCAPING, <br />CURBING AND PAVING TO ENSURE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE <br />INSTALLED PER THE APPROVED PLANS. <br />THE CURB CUT OPENINGS MUST BE REDUCED TO 36 FT.
