Johnson noted concern of the continual maintenance associated <br />with fencing and landscaping damage caused by trucks entering the 1st St. access. <br />Hoffman confirmed that trucks will not utilize 1-694/Long Lake Road for site access. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT <br />THE RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF VN-321; AND WAIVE THE <br />READING AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING NC-113 AND LP-340 <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CURBING BE INSTALLED AROUND THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF <br />THE OFF-STREET PARKING/LOADING AND DRIVE AISLE AREAS. <br />ALL OFF-STREET PARKING STALLS MUST BE STRIPED. DRIVE <br />AISLE WIDTHS MUST BE 24 FEET AND PARKING SPACE DEPTHS <br />SHALL BE 18 FEET. <br />LANDSCAPING/GREEN AREA BE PROVIDED AROUND THE <br />PERIMETER OF THE SITE AS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN <br />DATED 1-25-1999. The item was continued from January 26 to <br />address concerns raised by a neighboring property owner, Vicki Chenoweth. The <br />applicant addressed those concerns by eliminating direct lighting at the Chenoweth's lot <br />line, tree relocation to protect view of Chenoweth signage, and grading to correct <br />drainage problems. Fencing is not required as part of the site plan, and the applicant is <br />reluctant to install fencing.
